Claire & Peter's Farm Wedding in Lavonia, Georgia

Claire and Peter were married on a rainy April Saturday at Hart Acres, Peter's family farm in Lavonia, Georgia. Knowing how many years they had spent building a life together, it was moving to see that same dedication reflected in the work they put into transforming the farm into the place where they would celebrate their marriage. I had the honor of photographing their engagement session here the year before, and returning to document their wedding day made it feel even more meaningful.

Getting Ready

Claire arrived to the ceremony on horseback, riding up the hill and across the lake to Peter, on the Lavonia, Georgia farm.
