Activation Campaign

The Activation Campaign includes three-touch points of communication to the participants of Incentive Solutions’ clients’ incentive programs. The goal is to encourage participants in an invited status to activate their account with their rewards program.

In 2021, I was responsible for the ideation, execution, and reporting for the campaign.

Inclusions:

  • Hard-copy mailer with program logo and tokens for customization. Created assets in Illustrator and coordinated with printers for proofs, list management, and execution.

  • Used basic html skills to adjust existing template with themed assets. Sent to over 40,000 participants.

  • Coordinated call campaign lists, schedule, execution, and reporting.

 

The Mailer

The Activation Campaign mailer was one of my favorite projects. The accordion mailer had to be within USPS folded mailer guidelines and stay true to the “growing” theme. Each panel represents a phase of growth, from a seedling to a full tree that grows as you unfold.

The Numbers

In 2021, the activation rate was 20.18%.

2021 had a 72.184% increase in the activation rate in comparison to the average activation rates of 2018-2020.
